This program is more complex than standard fitness coaching, and more involved than pain therapy alone.
Yes, when every exercise is specifically chosen with your structural dysfunctions in mind. In Phase 1, nothing is programmed that loads a broken pattern. Every movement either corrects the dysfunction or works safely around it. You're not training in spite of the pain. You're training in a way that begins correcting its cause. As your structure improves, your training intensity increases, never faster than your body is ready for.
Because this program is doing two jobs simultaneously, and doing them properly takes time. My pain-only program has one goal: fix the pain. This program has to fix the pain and build a body. Rushing the corrective phase to get to training faster is how people get hurt. Rushing the training phase means cutting corners on results. 12 months gives me the space to do both without compromising either. The transition between phases is driven by your body, not a fixed date. If your pain and dysfunctions need more time to clear, I stay in Phase 1 longer and continue building your training foundation safely at the pace your body allows. Some clients transition at month 2. Some at month 4. What matters is that the foundation is genuinely solid before I intensify. You're never pushed before you're ready, and never held back once you are.
Most personal trainers are trained to build fitness, not to identify and correct structural dysfunction. When you apply standard training to a body with unresolved compensation patterns, you compound the problem. Plateaus are expected, and built into my process as signals, not failures. When progress stalls, I reassess: Is there a structural issue limiting performance? Does training in Bridge need to be periodized differently? Does nutrition via OnPlan need adjusting? Every plateau has a reason. With ongoing coaching and regular check-ins, I find it and fix it. You're never left staring at a plateau wondering what to do next.
