This is a small group program via Zoom, not 1-on-1 coaching. You join a group of like-minded women, follow a structured corrective program, and show up for group sessions where modifications and questions are welcomed. Your home program runs through the RESTORE app, corrective routines with instructional videos, 30-40 minutes a day, done on your time. If you need a modification, ask during the session or reach out by email.

Days 1–30 · Phase One

Understand Your Pain.

I begin by addressing the structural foundation, introducing corrective movements that start relieving the compression, tension, and imbalances driving your back pain. You'll understand why you're in pain for the first time.
