You Complete Your Intake Form

Once enrolled, you'll receive a detailed intake questionnaire, your full pain history, past treatments, daily habits, and health background. Returning clients complete an updated version focused on recent changes and current aches. Everything is personal from day one.

You Send Your Postural Photos, 3 Days Before

Front, back, and both sides, sent three days before we meet. These are analyzed in advance so I arrive already knowing your compensation patterns, which muscles are tight or weak, and what structural dysfunctions are at play. You arrive already understood.

Step 03

We Check In, Then We Work

Every session opens with a personal check-in, reviewing your intake answers and postural findings together. Then we move into your corrective sequence with real-time coaching on form, breathing, and technique. You always understand what you're doing and why.

Step 04

You Leave with a Plan, In Your App

Your updated home program is loaded into the AlignSmart app after every session, with instructional videos for every exercise. No guessing between sessions. No printed sheets. Just your program, ready in your pocket until we meet again.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, from your home, your office, wherever you are. Occasional in-person sessions are available for those nearby. All you need is a device and a small space to move.

It's Normal to Wonder "Will This Actually Work for Me?"

Physical therapy plays an important role in recovery, and for many people it helps significantly. What I add is a different perspective: a full-body structural read that looks at how you move and compensate as a whole system, not just the area that hurts. That lens often reveals things that standard treatment approaches aren't designed to look for.
Yes, and this is one of the most common situations I work with. Surgery addresses a structural problem but doesn't always correct the postural and movement patterns that contributed to it. Those patterns are often still present afterward, which is why pain sometimes returns or shifts. I look specifically at those patterns.
The vast majority of my clients work with me entirely over Zoom and achieve full results. Postural and movement assessment works very well via video, especially combined with the postural photos you send beforehand. Occasional in-person sessions are available for those nearby, but they're not required.
Most clients notice meaningful changes within the first 4–6 weeks. Some feel a difference after the very first session. The timeline depends on how long you've been in pain and your body's specific patterns. What's consistent: every session builds on the last, and you'll always know exactly where you are in the process.
